Delivery and Payment

There are only two methods of delivery:

• Delivery of a registration code (or licence code) via Email (NOT via fax or letter) - No delivery of any CD/DVD-ROM - Payment method COD is NOT possible.
• Delivery of an installation-DVD-ROM via DHL.

Payment:

• Debit note (only in Germany): If you order directly from our Homepage and want to pay with debit note (only possible in Germany), we give you a discount of 2%, no matter if you purchase a CD/DVD-ROM or a registration code (discount only by electronic orders throughout the program or via Online-Shop).
• Credit Card: We accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.
• Cash in advance: If you live in Germany, Switzerland or another European country, you can purchase with cash in advance. You will receive the relevant bank information with the order confirmation and invoive.
• Invoice: Delivery on account / against invoice only for companies, public organisation, institutions and schools, minimum value is € 75,00 (no discount!). NO MINIMUM VALUE!
